NMRtist puts substantial hardware resources at the disposal of its users. In compensation, Users of this free-of-charge webserver give NMRtist authors the right to make use of the uploaded data for research purposes, in particular for improving the functionality of NMRtist (e.g., correction of bugs or undesired features of the algorithm, modifying functionality, adding new functionality) or, in an anonymized manner, as training/test data for future algorithm development (e.g., for retraining deep neural networks for peak picking on the basis of a larger data set than the one used for the original version of the algorithm).
NMRtist authors do not publish, redistribute, sell, rent or sub-license data uploaded by the users, nor results of their data analysis.
